We have found that one of the most efficient and trouble-free ways to transfer files over the internet is via our secure FTP site.

If you wish to set up an FTP account so that you may send your file(s), you can either call us at (401) 691-3400 or click on the FTP link above. This will open an email window where you can request an account. Please include your company name, your name, phone number and email address, and someone will contact you shortly.

Be assured that your account is private, as anonymous entry is not allowed. Complete information on how to upload/download files from our FTP site, will be provided when your account is set up.

All files must be compressed prior to transfer. Please use Pkzip or Stuffit to compress your files prior to transfering them.
